My biggest AhHa that I have had while learning more about the level 2 certification would have to be the Sheets Pivot Tables. I never understood what they were for and how to use them . I am still not an expert, but I feel more confident in my skills now.

I also like the  new add on in forms that allows people to make choices of what they will provide for certain parties and such.
